ProCongress

Our ProTeam begins by collaborating with you to create a synchronized plan complete with our recommendations based on the overall congress specifications and your individual needs. We will help you effectively execute the right registration, housing and marketing plans. Our on-site team brings all elements together in a flowing fashion and manages the complete process. Throughout the planning process, including post event, we provide you intuitive customized reporting and analysis.

ProBid– supporting Bids by providing required information and documentation with special focus on highlighting elements which make your Bid positively different from others
 
ProVenue– researching, evaluating, negotiating and selecting the perfect site which will maximize your objectives

ProVisual – advising on the Congress visual identity including graphic design, printed materijal, promotional item, website design, staging and décor

ProMarketing  - multimedia marketing and promotion support with special emphasis on e-tools social media and internet resources

ProSponsorship – consulting on sponsorship packages, preparing documentation from contracts to invoices, supervising the implementation of contracted services.

ProExhibition – full support in designing the Exhibition – from floormapping to booth design and set up. Communicating with Exhibitiors to fullfill all their needs and wishes.

ProLogistics - Consultancy and advice on structure of the event with attendance to time management, supplier sourcing and business planning. ProTeam and Supporting Staff organizing and delievering services including production and management of all meeting and exhibition materials, end to end transportation management, inventory management and shipping services, event evaluation and delegate surveying 

ProScheduling – Balancing sessions with site possibilities, from plenary to breakout rooms. Taking into consideration Speaker needs as well as supporting activities such as Poster sessions or Ideas Markets.

ProEvent - Social Event planning and management including technological production, food and beverage, entertainers, staging, decors and branding

ProRegistration -  Registration management that adapts to needs of all participants regular participants, keynote speakers, exhibitors or VIP guests. Friendly Supporting Staff on site brings the registration process to a successful delievery which serves as a positive start to your Congress.
    
ProAbstract – consulting on abstract submission programs available and coordinating between participants and reviewers.

ProFinancial  -  budgeting, invoicing, payment management, taxation guidance with customized reporting & analysis

ProTravel – organizing all travelling arrangements for all stakeholders of the project, including accommodation, flights, transfers, rent-a-cars and visa obtaining process
